Welcome to Brightwaters Local Church

We are an old church with a long association with the district. In fact we were here right at the beginning of settlement of the area and like the district we have seen many changes. We are a diverse Community. We believe belonging to a Church is rewarding both for individuals as well as the larger community. Our aim is to know Jesus and to make Him known as we celebrate community and seek to enhance it. Just as people like different flavours of ice cream so we all have different tastes of worship styles. Therefore we have two different styles of worship services on every Sunday. So whether you want to raise your hands in the air for joy, or to spend some time in quietness, please know that you are warmly welcomed and accepted as one who is sharing a journey that we are all on - a journey of faith as a disciple of Jesus.
